Point of view
[edit]Wikipedia articles must be written from a neutral point of view. While I have no reason to dispute the factual accuracy of this article, use of words like we or pleased imply a personal point of view that also implies original research. I am not saying this article is original research, rather it just reads like it might be. This is a matter of style rather than substance and changing a few words to the third person would be enough to correct the defect that has existed since the history section was added in 2011. Removing the banner would then be justified if these changes were made. Rather than make these changes immediately, I am explaining myself here in case anybody is concerned about changes being made to this article, which has not been edited for some time. Of course I am assuming that everything that is said in this article can be verified by visiting the club website. However, having some inline citations from independent sources would also reassure readers of the veracity of this article and assist them in quickly locating the sources of the facts stated and verifying the accuracy of any statements made. - Cameron Dewe (talk) 03:00, 8 January 2021 (UTC)
