Conflict of interest

The account used to generate this article, José Ildefonso González Morillo, co-occurs with the name of the subject of this article in at least three places on the Internet, and this gives indication that Morillo has an undeclared conflict of interest with regard to the creation of this article. If this is so, then he should visit the WP:COI page and follow the steps given to declare this COI, and should stop editing this page directly. Helo, KDS4444 (talk), i´m José Ildefonso González Morillo. This is the reason why i wrote this page traduction of Fernando bolivar galiano.

MY QUESTION

Hola Patricio, Tengo la siguiente consulta:

Quiero traducir la pagina que he creado sobre "Fernando Bolivar Galiano" al inglés. Para ello cuento con una traducción manual y no automática. Pero al intentar crear su traducción he visto que está restringida de momento solo para que se haga por expertos o considerados aptos por Wikipedia.

Cómo puedo proceder para llevar a cabo la traducción de dicha página?

Hola! Lo que está restringido para "usuarios autoconfirmados" es la herramienta de traducción, pero el artículo lo podés crear sin problemas a mano en https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Fernando_Bol%C3%ADvar_Galiano&action=edit

Una recomendación: hay una enorme cantidad de enlaces en rojo en el artículo. Muchos no tienen sentido: se supone que cada uno de ellos merecería un artículo enciclopédico, pero términos como "Primera Promoción de la Facultad de Bellas Artes" no lo ameritan.

Suerte con el artículo en inglés.
