Quick question - in 2007 there is a Robert McCartney of the UKUP listed as a candidate for Fermanagh & South Tyrone. This currently links to Robert McCartney (Northern Irish politician) who was MP for North Down 1995-2001 and MLA for North Down 1998-2007. This Robert McCartney contested his North Down seat in '07 and was defeated. Did he really contest two different constituencies in 2007 or are they different people?
