Incoherent article

Fergana Kipchak is [...] an extinct Turkic language formerly spoken in the Fergana Valley* and *Many idioms spoken in Uzbekistan that are now considered part of the Kyrgyz language are actually Fergana Kipchak dialects* directly contradict each other.
