Legale basis for refused entry

[edit]

I wonder under what legal basis China can refuse entry to a Chinese national. Seems very wrong to me. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 203.198.92.179 (talk) 09:30, 19 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hardly any. It is a sad fact that the rule of law is somewhat lacking in China. The constitution is an exemplar and the laws are alright, but only on paper. Very sorry. --Chan Tai Man 19:58, 23 November 2009 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by Chantaiman (talkcontribs)
I called Mr. Feng about one week ago. I asked whether he knows the reason for the refusal of entry to China. Mr. Feng said he was told none. Mr. Feng said he discussed his legal choices with lawyers in both Japan and China and just found there's no such Chinese law which allows the government not to admit him. Chinese government has denied entry for many other Chinese citizens before. Probably, someone with good understanding of law may expand and improve this section. -Preceding unsigned comment added by Natasha2006 (talkcontribs), 05:54, 5 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
