Contradiction Tag

[edit]

A contradiction tag was placed 02:34, 16 July 2008 JCDenton2052, but no explanation was left either in the history or on this page regarding the reason for the tag. I can find no apparent contradiction, but I am not an expert this issue. Would someone please have a look at the article and attempt a consensus on whether or not a contradiction exists, and if it's found, please fix it and remove the tag. Thanks so much! The intro says the following: "An instructor with a feministic[sic] pedagogy is likely to consciously steer her or his class away from an androcentric direction of teaching." While under the section of Pedagogy it states: "Feminist pedagogy involves reading texts written by women, and taking care to understand those texts are not simply appropriations of texts written by men, without any sort of critique of androcentrism [6]."
The latter is cited so I will change the intro to reflect what is in the actual citation. If this is incorrect, please change both to coincide with each other. Thanks. Kjnelan (talk) 21:53, 21 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
