Feedback from New Page Review process

I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: Thank you for creating this article! As a suggestion for improvement, the 'Challenges' section requires sources to support. The 'History' section also contains a lot of short paragraphs with subheadings (take a look at MOS:PARA for advice on this) and some duplication with the 'Organizations' section. But overall, looks like a great start for this important page. Thank you again.
