The Slavic equivalent is Południca q.v. Zezen (talk) 11:35, 8 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

This cannot be said without specification. In will not say anything against a equation of the Południca and the Roggenmuhme but equating Feldgeister in general with the Południca is surely wrong. The Hafermann for example surely corresponds to male Slavic field spirits such as Polevik or Poledniček and not to the Południca.--Tarchunes (talk) 08:32, 9 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
OK, you may be right. Zezen (talk) 11:05, 9 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Corn vs Grain

[edit]

The german Korn is to be translated as grain, and while corn means grain in BE, it does not in AE. Maybe clarify this to make sure corn is not understood as maize. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2001:638:208:FD5F:C51B:CA87:ABBE:E79 (talk) 15:22, 18 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
