Controversy sources

I'd like to have a non-blog source for the "anti" side but so far haven't found one. I note that although Kucinich's argument is from Huffington Post, which as a happily partisan site would not normally be considered authoritative, it's his own words cited as evidence of his own words ... so I think that's an o.k. link rewinn 19:50, 30 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Names

Many sources refer to "Food and Forage Act" see http://www.google.com/search?q=Food+And+Forage+Act&sourceid=navclient-ff&ie=UTF-8&rlz=1B3GGGL_enUS177US231 but the correct name is "Feed and Forage Act", see http://www.defenselink.mil/releases/release.aspx?releaseid=3054.
