NPOV

Wandered across this article, and wonder why it is not considered neutral. Since there seems to be no discussion going on about that on this talk page and the tag has been in place since febuary, I will remove the tage in a week if no one brings anything up. I do not see anything npov about this article, however I know very little about the topic, and just want to make sure that removing the tag will not cause a ruckus.
