Nobody connected with the Federation has been responsible for the creation of this page. It was established independently. The only input by FedEE has been a minor correction and one update.

Is this a real organisation?

I cant see any convincing evidence that this is a real organisation that matches the description? The organisation's website and facebook pages are very odd, and it seems to have no wider footprint that matches its claims, including those made on this page. The cited references that I've followed don't seem to be correct or relevant. I'm reluctant to tag the page at this stage, but I'd welcome any other views on this.
