I have a question regarding some activity in a residential area in which I live. But I do not wish to seem heavy handed or phobic about something that could be nothing and am wondering whether something like this should be reported at all. This neighborhood is multi-national, with Africans, eastern Asia, and Hispanic as well as Caucasians. The reason I said I don't want to appear to be heavy handed, because I have come home late and found many of the Neighbors out partying if you will, into the wee hours. But it was about 4;00AM In the morning when I seen what appeared to be a food refrigerator truck pull up in front of a House about 3 houses down from mine. About 14-15 or so Hispanics jumped out and ran up into the house. They also appeared to be dressed rag-tag, and very paranoid looking all around. Do you think I should report this to an agency and is it worth while to get involved into something like this when I have a family myself?. It would not bother me if this was the City probably but this area is mostly very suburbs. It is in Fairfax County in a are called Safe Harbor Court off Zion and Brigantine way, the address I seen this incident was 5433 Safe Harbor Court 22032, I talked to one of the residents that I have seen there on occasions and seemed very nice he says he is the rental manager for that property and introduced himself as Yoel Morales. _ _ _ _/_ _ _ _.
