NTSB has published its full report on this, which indicates, fatigue crack, result of corrosion, has been the reason for it. It could have been avoided if the inspection was done every 8 years (vs. 9 years that FedEx implemented). I prefer someone with more attention to details add this to the article.(see https://go.usa.gov/xUu8d).MikeEcho (talk) 13:25, 30 August 2018 (UTC)
