April Showers bring May Flowers
[edit]Betbeder is responsible for a rather nice picture with this title. It's not a caricature and has been used to illustrate Wordworth Classics edition of Persuasion. Can't find a copy of it online though, other than the book cover. Pity because it would be a nice illustration for the article. -- Derek Ross | Talk 05:33, 21 July 2009 (UTC)
Costume designs
[edit]Betbeder did costume design on the side. He seems to have done some designs for Trial, Pinafore, and Pirates from what I can see here. [1]. I've also read that he did some for other productions too. No doubt he picked this up from his mentor and teacher, Alfred Grevin. [2] -- Derek Ross | Talk 16:33, 19 February 2024 (UTC)
