Sack System
[edit]Thoughts... many. The section on the Sack system is entirely warranted.
1. The reason is that this was THE defining experience of this school for many years of the school's existence. Many, many students, over many years, in my discussions and personal experience, suffered under this system. Additionally, it is an interesting contrast to other de-individualising programs in secondary schools elsewhere.
2. The bullying was on a level entirely different to many institutions that I have experienced, as well as those spoken about by many I have met. The nearest thing I have heard of is tertiary military academies.
I made that sack system entry years prior and it disapeared within hours. There's nothing "interesting" in the temporal correlation between the court case and the Sack System entry aside from the fact that the case allowed references to support the facts.
There remain many unreferencable events that would cause a scumbag to blush. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 119.160.152.48 (talk) 15:43, 22 October 2009 (UTC)
Yeah that was a problem at Farrer... But I don't think it warrants such a large piece of commentary. After all, bullying happens at all schools. Thoughts?

- Well, matters get very interesting in regards to the SAK system's inclusion into Wikipedia. At the moment, it's getting a lot of commentary in the papers in Tamworth, but outside of that there's no mention. So whether it should be included is up to the editors, in my opinion. --JB Adder | Talk 06:11, 29 November 2008 (UTC)
Homosexuality?
[edit]That should be vandalism, right? I can't imagine it being part of the 'sack' system... Farslayer (talk) 00:36, 30 December 2008 (UTC)
