"Hosts the main base"?

"...it lies in the grounds of Farnley Hall and hosts the main base of Leeds City Parks."
Is this "main base" an actual thing? Or did the writer mean it's considered the area's primary park? If it's the area's largest, it may be simplest just to say that. – AndyFielding (talk) 10:04, 28 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
