I think it should be mentioned that they also provide a Catering service and provide meals for day centers and schools as well as providing a lunch service for the Melinda Gates foundation.

Also I thin that the training course should be mentioned in more depth (as in the different stages it consist of and the fact that at the end of it the students get to work in the actual restaurant line during service). --Nightseeder (talk) 17:46, 13 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
