Championship Stipulation Information

First off, I do not speak Japanese, nor can I write it. As such, I will type this in proper English so that it can be well translated. I feel that more information concerning the stipulations of this championship title should be added to the Wikipedia article. The website states that the champion decides what format the match will take. In other words, the type of match for the championship is determined by the champion.
