Coordinate error
[edit]{{geodata-check}}
The following coordinate fixes are needed for the Fangchenggang nuclear power plant is not at the coordinates - trying to find it.

- As near as I can figure out, the coordinates currently in the article are probably OK. The thing is too new to show up on the Google Maps aerial view, but a large plant of some sort is under construction at the location in the Bing aerial view, which is presumably a more recent image. In Wikimapia, someone has labeled the area "Kernkraftwerk Fangchenggang", which does mean "Fangchenggang Nuclear Power Plant" in German.
- If you can find any more reliable information that places the plant elsewhere, feel free to emend the coordinates yourself (it would be helpful for you to specify the source); or post a new message on this page, including the {{geodata-check}} template, and someone will be along to resolve the situation. Bailong Nuclear Power Station alternate name for Fangchenggang
[edit]Looks like Fangchenggang is also named Bailong Nuclear Power Station as in the source "
Jiuli Hi-Tech Metals Wins Steam-Heat Conduit Supply Contract for Bailong Nuclear Reactor". Cite: Located in Fangchenggang in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Bailong Nuclear Power Station. Unless Fangchenggang has two NPP sites, they should be the same. Made a redirect from Bailong Nuclear Power Station to Fangchenggang Nuclear Power Plant. --Robertiki (talk) 17:11, 9 September 2019 (UTC)
Possible confirmation at German article. --Robertiki (talk) 17:21, 9 September 2019 (UTC)

- The following source writes about a Bailong Nuclear Power Station with a capacity of 6 million kilowatts, built buy Guangdong Nuclear Power Holding Co,. Ltd, China Power Investment Corporation, and Guangxi Investment Group Co,. Ltd and construction started in 2008. Other sources write that the two first units should be of the CAP-1000 type. Actually at Fangchenggang we have two CPR-1000. The problem is that, after ten years, there is no sign of a Bailong NPS construction site on the map. Anyway I will look around about a Bailong NPS, and if I find confirmation of a new proposed plant, I will change the redirect to a stub or full article. --Robertiki (talk) 14:52, 20 September 2019 (UTC)

- Confirmed as different NPP. Created Guangxi Bailong Nuclear Power Project stub and redirected to that article. --Robertiki (talk) 01:04, 23 September 2019 (UTC)
