De-stubbed

[edit]

This article appears to be of an appropriate length for the subject matter under discussion. It is also appropriately categorized and wikified.

By nature, stubbing and tagging articles devalues them, giving them an aura of unreliability and making them seem less credible. As part of my personal campaign to free up articles that have been stubbed and tagged without cause, this article has been disenstubbified.

If any editor disagrees, and would rather re-stub it than improve it by adding actual content, please discuss here. The Editrix 21:15, 6 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Former/Current

[edit]

Ive reworded the sentence that referred to him as the former drummer for blink-182. it made it sound like he was either replaced by another drummer, or the band officially broke up. as we all know they are on "indefinate hiatus." --Atticus2020 08:07, 5 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Celebrity Section

[edit]

The sentence about celebrity endorsers is correctly worded as it is now. two people have changed it since i first corrected it and enither is worded properly:

FSAS clothing has been worn by many celebrities including Barker himself, Fergie of the Black Eyed Peas on the cover of DUB Magazine (#28), Brooke Burke on the cover of Transworld Stance (June 2003), Barker's bandmates Houston based rapper Paul Wall, Tim Armstrong, and Rob Aston, as well as current FSAS models Adrianne Curry and Tiffany Fallon.

These were the two previous versions. Paul Wall is a bandmate of Barker's. They are in the group Expensive Taste, therefore he is included in the collective "Barker's bandmates." The first version doesnt really make sense grammatically. Discuss it here before changing it again--Atticus2020 01:03, 10 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:FSAS.jpg

[edit]

Image:FSAS.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Travis Barker

[edit]

Travis Barker (Blink 182) retains ownership, is the chief designer, and signs off on every product before it goes out.
