IP edit-warring to include "Albanian footballer" in the lede

[edit]

First of all, I will like to ask please that IP to create an account here on en.wikipedia.org. Second, I think the IP is missing the point here. The question here is, how can he be an Albanian footballer if he wasn´t Albanian (from Albania), wasn´t born in Albania, didn´t represented Albania at international level, from what I known never had Albanian citizenship and never even lived in Albania, so how can he be an Albanian footballer then? Third, there are several claims Jusufi´s are Gorani and not Kosovar Albanians, that is why there are many Jusufi´s living in Belgrade, Serbia. You strongly claim Jusufi is Albanian surname (I saw your draft as well, I´ll challenge it when you submit it if you don´t add a source cause its clear the surname is common to ex-Yugoslavia and not Albania), can you please provide a reliable source for that claim? 1-There is no doubt that he is from Kosovo. But there is a doubt weather he is Kosovar Albanian or Gorani.
2-What hw is notable for is that he was a professional footballer. By that, what we are adding in the lede is an adjective for footballer, who´s footballer was he? He represented Yugoslavia, thus he is certainly a Yugoslav footballer, however, as in Wikipedia has been common to separate Yugoslav players by their region of birth, then that is why Kosovar footballer would be fine.
3-Regarding ethnicity, as explained in the previous point, it is not that important, but more who´s footballer was he. See for instance Miroslav Stevanović. Stevanović are Serbs, however you see in the lede that he is a Bosnian footballer because he represents Bosnia internationally and was born in Bosnia. He even has dual citizenship, Serbian and Bosnian, lived and played in Serbia as domestic player, however there are no doubts that he is a Bosnian footballer. I am saying all this just for you to understand why "Albanian footballer" is unexeptable for Jususfi, simply because he never played for Albania and has no direct footballistic links with Albania. Yugoslav footballer would be the correctiest solution, Kosovar footballer, acceptable, Albanian footballer, no way. FkpCascais (talk) 15:36, 16 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
