A {{prod}} was added with the inaccurate justification "Questionable claim of notability - no mention of significance other than being on a detainee list with 644 other names."
- Almost all the individuals in Bagram are Afghans captured in Afghanistan, or citizens of neighboring Pakistan, captured in Afghanistan.
- The DoD has claimed that everyone in Bagram was captured in Afghanistan.
- Nevertheless a fraction of the captives in Bagram -- possibly only one percent -- are foreigners who were captured elsewhere.
- According to recent US District Court rulings only these individual are entitled to mount habeas corpus petitions.
It seems to me that either nominator didn't read the article carefully, or they weren't careful in the {{prod}} justification they added.
