Federal law

"NOTE: On some anti-viral or anti-bacterial facial tissue packaging, it is noted that it is a violation of federal law if used other than as a facial tissue."

Federal law?? "Federal" things do not exist in the UK - and in many, many other countries. This sentence obviously refers to a situation in the USA. I think this has no place in a generic, international article. If you're going to mention some USA-related info, then similar situations from around the world should also be mentioned. Or AT LEAST mention in which country this information applies! Not all countries around the world use "American federal law". On Wikipedia we need to internationalise articles as much as possible. There have been claims that tissue papers are processed with Diacin (a carcinoma agent) and therefore it is not advisable to use such papers on human skin. Any comments on that please?

"One person has won the award of most use with facial tissue/wipes. He was nominated into the hall of fame 08 for his ultra use of the product. Cill-2008"

There are so many things wrong with this bit of non-information, I don't even know where to begin. I'm removing it; if someone can decipher what on earth it's supposed to be referencing, determine if it's notable enough, and use a proper citation, they're welcome to add it back in.
