How about a real article on the topic? Because this is not a theory, FEMA plans, prepares, and trains for martial law. It is controversial. One aspect of it is the camps for prisoners. For instance when they declared martial law during Hurricane Katrina the Superdome was turned into a FEMA camp and you were not allowed to leave. Yes, it is not a neutral presentation of the issue. In fact, the article presents evidence that most of the "theory" is correct. What is unsupported is that right-wing patriots would be rounded up. The history of such plans is well documented — see FBI Index — but they are not aimed at conservatives...--Jack Upland (talk) 21:40, 18 March 2017 (UTC)
The FBI has kept tabs on right-wing groups since at least the 50s. Arguably, in the age of McVeigh and Ruby Ridge and Breivik and Roof, the U.S. government has more incentive to monitor and develop contingencies against right-wing groups and militias than whatever basically nonexistent left-wing subversives still remain. The sheer fact that conservatives and patriot groups consider themselves violently at odds with the Federal govt. is enough to warrant serious Govt. attention.
