Was able to find regional second divisions up to 2000-01 on the RSSSF database. If anyone else knows when exactly the regional divisions were formed, feel free to contribute. Surge79uwf 04:54, 3 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

pretty messed up

This probably needs dividing in sections, as now different tiers are mixed together. Anyone agrees? I'd suggest (top tier section), the about the short period under the wsl, then a new section about the big restructuring to go up to 72 teams in 6 divisions below the wsl. -Koppapa (talk) 19:03, 24 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
