Eywan → Eyvan – per WP:COMMONNAME & Wikipedia:ORIGINAL

According to GeoNames Search (this is not almighty but helpful)

as area: Eyvān (Approve), ایوان (Native Script)

as populated place:

Eyvān-e Gharb (Approved), ایوان غرب (Native Script), Aīwān (Variant), Bāgh-e Shāh (Variant), Bāgh-ī-Shāh (Variant), Eyvān (Variant), Jūy Zar (Variant), باغِ شاه (Variant Native Script), جوی زَر (Variant Native Script)

as second-order administrative division; this is useful for Eyvan County

Eyvān, Shahrestān-e (Approved), Shahrestān (Generic) شَهرِستانِ اِيوان (Native Script)

According to google books:

Eywan "Ilam Province" -Llc 0
Eyvan "Ilam Province" -Llc 4 (-2), but this result includes Encyclopaedia Iranica

Possibly Eywan is original title of Wikipedia. Eyvan is much better than original research.
