I have investigated this issue, and indeed there are two different players with (almost) the same name and country of birth. The difference is their age and middle names. The information on Transfermarkt is a mix of two players, the correct profiles are available on Soccerway. The older guy plays for Trencin, while the younger one is in Braga.
