Terms

It would help if the table better defined the terms "Kingdom" "Proper" and "Mainland". I can infer the meaning of Mainland from the article, but the others are unclear or mysterious, at least with only a passing familiarity of Norwegian geography and/or history. "Proper" especially is confusing.
