Error?

Why does the title of this article refer to the external granular layer of the cerebrum while the body states that it is a layer of the cerebellum? Perhaps the first link should be changed to "cerebral cortex" rather than "cerebellar cortex". I don't know though if the rest of the information is accurate or not. _{21:38, 18 February 2012‎ User:Mlg8472}
