General comments: 1) Disagree that Extended Enterprises are self-organizing: A central enterprise purposefully partners or teams with a core group of other firms (e.g. Lockheed Martin with Northrup Grumman and BAE on JSF) and/or creates a network of preferred suppliers who share exclusive information with the central enterprise; 2) Extended Enterprises are different and much more than supply chains or value chains (hence the special term). Print. p3; p22-24 respectively) Cheers. Howlittleiknow (talk) 00:41, 19 May 2010 (UTC)
