Anti-pseudomonals

Does "extended-spectrum" really just refer to the antipsudomonal antibiotics? Or does it generally include any spectrum extension, like antistaphylococcals and amino penicillins? ~Eccentricity(talk) 00:05, 11 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
