Just in case my tweak was contentious: I just read this story, and Dinky's ability is actually a form of mind-control rather than an ability to kill people. Dinky almost entirely uses it to cause people to commit suicide, but he also slips in a suggestion to the email recipient to delete the email after it's been read. Mr Sharpton's fate is left up in the air. We know Dinky sent him a special letter, but not precisely what it would do. Killing is likely, but there are other options. eg.
