Slang term
[edit]According to an anonymous user:
- Evertonian is a archaic slang word in the West Indies for people of mixed race heritage, dating back to Liverpool's slave history.
Does anyone have a reliable source for this? I think it's too controversial to add without one, if it is true. There may also be more relevant places to put it anyway. --RFBailey 22:17, 29 April 2007 (UTC)

History
[edit]I have moved the history text to a new sub hearding of Everton FC connection as this is not specific to the district but relates to EFC links. I dont know if an alternative sub heading might be better. Everton district history needs expanding I will research this through books. Dmcm2008 (talk) 11:31, 27 March 2008 (UTC)
- YOU COULD START BY LEAViNG HISTORICAL REFERENCES IN DUMMY. EVERTON HAS A HISTORY WHICH GOES BACK FURTHER THAN A FOOTBALL TEAM AND A BAG OF MINTS. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.141.225.58 (talk) 23:55, 13 August 2008 (UTC)

Her Benny
[edit]Hello
I removed the reference to Her Benny; the Liverpool parts of the book were predominantly set in the city centre and only as far as Vauxhall. 81.170.6.100 (talk) 11:15, 25 October 2023 (UTC)
