Maintenance shops
[edit]IIRC, maintenance shops and storage tracks for the Orange Line rolling stock were located at Everett, as well as streetcar and eventually bus facilities. When the Orange Line was relocated, its facilities were moved to Wellington station, but the bus repair and storage facilities have been expanded and remain on the old site up to the present. - Yes, the Everett shops were/are nearby. Everett has most of the T's machinists and heavy equipment, so they still do a lot of major work for all subway lines (and even commuter rail) as well as buses. I don't think it should be discussed here - except perhaps one or two lines - but it's probably worthy of its own article. Pi.1415926535 (talk) 14:22, 24 September 2015 (UTC)
