[edit]This entry is a bit peculiar. It was obviously put here by the person himself and is more or less copied from the webpage of his NGO. On the other hand it is a relevant Lemma, from an Eastafrican perspective and now also after acknowledgements by CNN and Gorbachev foundations. I set up an entry on sw-wikipedia today.
