Current problems to be fixed

[edit]

In this version

  1. There are 8 references to Carney, but none of them is specifying the page.
  2. Encyclopedia.com is not a reliable source. Please find another reference.
  3. James Chambers is a history professor, but not one of the best. The source is tertiary [1]. Find a better one.
  4. How is 2.32 supposed to support that Eurydice supported education?

Thanks! --Brunswick Dude (talk) 03:48, 8 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

One more thing: User:Athenean removed WikiProject Albania from this article. I thought it would be necessary for this article to be followed by such wikiproject since the main contributor of the article, Empathictrust, added it to this talk page. It is unclear why the tag was removed. --Brunswick Dude (talk) 05:18, 8 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

This article needs expert assistance.

[edit]

A close read of this article suggests that there seems be qiote of bit original reserach and/or personal views involved in its drafting. Can someone with expertise in ancient Macedonian history take a look at this article and help Wikify it. Thanks --Chewings72 (talk) 11:57, 8 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Good source for the article

[edit]

People willing to expand the article should use the good and recent source: Elizabeth Donnelly Carney, Eurydice and the Birth of Macedonian Power, Oxford University Press, 2019. T8612 (talk) 15:58, 23 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Contradiction with Philip II's page

[edit]

In Philip's page it says that he was sent to Thebes after the assassination of Alexander II. While in this page it mentions that he was sent there after the death of Ptolemy of Aloros. Can someone look into this? 2A02:214C:8759:D000:5063:F783:4375:855C (talk) 09:15, 3 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
