It does not affect this article? I am asking because Russia is still listed as taking part? 86.115.101.115 (talk) 12:31, 9 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

So far they are listed still on the official website but i guess they can be removed. Kante4 (talk) 14:59, 9 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I disagree. Removal requires a specific, reliable source. Have we got one of those for this case? CLalgo (talk) 15:49, 10 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

EuroBasket Serbia

[edit]

FIBA recognizes Serbia as the heir to the results of FR Yugoslavia - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dnkoQgKeUPk 3 times champions 46.33.209.200 (talk) 23:13, 3 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Look at the official FIBA's page of the Eurobasket 2022 - https://www.fiba.basketball/eurobasket/2022/team/Serbia#tab=profile The official history of Serbia started after break-up of Serbia and Montenegro. This is also official medal table from FIBA - http://archive.fiba.com/pages/eng/fa/keyfigures/p/rc//tid//tid2//lid_38179_ct/0/cid/EMSM/_//index.html http://archive.fiba.com/pages/eng/fa/keyfigures/p/tid//tid2//lid_38179_ct/2/cid/EMSM/rc/PC/_//index.html So, please, let's use statistics based on official numbers, not no your personal opinion. Stop messing with this Wikipage! Hyperion82 (talk) 10:53, 4 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
This is official and new FIBA post about Serbia! In presentation for EuroBasket 2022, moron! You put oldest version! 62.4.36.182 (talk) 15:51, 4 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
What's oldest version? This is official FIBA's site devoted to current Eurobasket 2022. Serbia's participation in FIBA competition started from Eurobasket 2007 - https://www.fiba.basketball/eurobasket/2022/team/Serbia#tab=profile Hyperion82 (talk) 16:32, 4 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Statistics section

[edit]

Should it list the leading scorers, assist providers, etc. whose teams were eliminated in the group stage and played significantly less games? If I recall correctly, during previous Eurobasket tournaments, only those players who participated in the knockout rounds had their stats included in the overall individual rankings. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.238.146.75 (talk) 11:11, 19 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

We should go with what fiba says. Kante4 (talk) 11:23, 19 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I see, thanks for clarifying! It seems as if FIBA have changed their approach when it comes to compiling the statistics! — Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.238.146.75 (talk) 20:12, 24 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
