Poor service

Dear sir, I purchased Eureka Forbes robotic voice vaccum cleaner from Reliance digital khadakpada Kalyan West, Maharashtra, (India) branch on 30th March 2024 (I also have three years warranty). Because the mopping cloth that come with it was damaged, so I had booked an order with reliance digital two months ago. Today it is being avoided for two months saying that your product has not been registered. The work of registering the product is the showroom's responsibility, how can we register it? Due to not having cloth, I am not able to use the vacuum cleaner to wipe the floor. I request you to take action on this matter. Seeing the poor service of Eureka Forbes and Reliance digital it seems that from now on we should buy everything from another brand only.
