I know the case is thin and she probably doesn't pass N:ARTIST, but there was enough to accept it out of AfC. Love your research help if either of you has time or interest. It wasn't a clear copyvio in that I couldn't find the source, but it was likely pasted from a bio somewhere, perhaps Rogers-Sipp's own submission as it was based in personal knowledge.
She sounds really interesting and does good work, however all I'm finding online are primary sources, social media and press releases. I searched both of her names. I did find this on a Georgia PBS/NPR[1], and also saw that in 2014 she served as a grant panelist for the National Endowment for the Arts in the Multidisciplinary Works category. They invite people who are considered experts in their field to serve on those panels.[2] Hopefully a review will turn up about the Digging DuBois project.
