1st, yes, but which
[edit]Here is what NCN says: "Young was naturalized citizen of US when elected. Lawlor (England born) - citizen of Canada. Coulter (Ireland born) citizen of Canada." So He's the first one outside the USA/Canada region, but "regions" are different Missions, educational, and NYI ya know? so First from Africa would suffice.Moonraker0022 (talk) 18:28, 1 July 2009 (UTC)
