How can I get my article to appear in the top links when people search Eugene Lee in google? That's all I really want from this outcome.

It is doubtful that you are going to find Wikipedia editors who are willing to help you with SEO, especially so when there are other people with the same name who appear more notable. The goal of the Wikipedia editor is to create an encyclopedia, not to promote individual articles.
