Executive Council

It is said that Dupuch served on the Executive Council from 1952 to 1964.

I've located a July 1953 gazette notice with his appointment (re-appointment?) to the Exec Council and a June 1958 gazette notice with his re-appointment to the Exec Council. Suggesting the dates might be more like 1953-1961.

A further appointment in 1961 for three years could make it 1953-1964, however, I haven't located a subsequent gazette notice.
