Wikipedia content, especially for BLPs, should be based on reliable third-party sources. A Facebook post by his employer is not subject to editorial oversight, and it's not particularly independent either. If no one else has reported on that, it's probably not an important aspect of Belliveau's biography (in fact, the source doesn't even provide enough context to tell this is the same Eugene Belliveau).
