Ok, so basically what I'm trying to do is create a Wikipedia page for Eton Fives that will give a full explanation of how to play the game, where to play the game, some examples of tournaments and competitions held around the country and other things like that. I also want to add in shot descriptions and tips on technique and other things that hopefully some people will find useful. Obviously I would love any help that those more knowledgable in this area can give me. The criteria I lack experience in is the some of the Open competitions around the UK. I know about the Kinnaird and the Northern, but they are about the only two I have any knowledge about. So, thank you in advance and just add wherever you see fit to big Eton Fives to Wikipedia in as much detail as can be done.
The Mill Hill School recently demolished their outdoor fives courts & replaced them with two courts in a covered complex. Technically these two new courts are indoor - the article makes no mention of these when referring to the "only indoor fives courts in the country" —Preceding unsigned comment added by 213.212.80.106 (talk) 13:18, 22 July 2010 (UTC)
- There are two Eton Fives courts at St. Bartholomew's School, Newbury; specifically at Wormestall site, which was the Boy's school and is now the Sixth Form building. However the courts are very overgrown (literally) as no tracher qualified to play/teach the sport has worked there for some time. We used to just doss about in them during summer.
Also - I heard that in this sport, it's so difficult that no points have been scored since the 1950's. Is that a load of caca-de-torro? Lady BlahDeBlah 21:08, 13 May 2006 (UTC)
- I think you are thinking of the Eton Wall Game, although points are scored they are relatively rare.CrispinFlowerday 16:20, 27 August 2006 (UTC)

Eton Fives Nigeria
[edit]I’m unfamiliar with editing Wikipedia, but is a mention of a version of Eton Fives that is played in Nigeria by thousands not warranted, if that of single courts in the whole of Australia, India and Malaysia are? There is a good (well-sourced) summary of Fives in Nigeria on the main “Fives” Wikipedia page. Cheers. EtonFivesNigeria (talk) 10:08, 26 June 2020 (UTC)
