First reading looks okay

  • could you expand to a full paragraph; what were her notable works?
  • No translation of the title God redt (God saves), Historische vrouwen van het jaarboekje Aurora (Historical women of the (little) yearbook Aurora), and more..
  • She translated from the German Ludwig Philippson's oratio Mose auf Nebo (1858), and from the English Grace Aguilar's Opzien tot God (1859). Mose auf Nebo is the original German, whereas Opzien tot God is the translated title in Dutch. Also not entirely sure about the word 'the', which would be incorrect if it's referring the the language (het Nederlands = {} Dutch), and somewhat awkward if it refers to the nationality of the person.
  • schoolhouse -> school building / school? Can't find a mention of 'guest of honour' (eregast) in the source. Guest of honour is mentioned in het Vrouwenlexicon for the synagogues.
  • First paragraph in later life uncited
  • Last sentence second paragraph uncited
  • Age of death uncited
  • What makes geocities a reliable source? My script is flagging it up as generally unreliable. (FN15 currently)
  • Because of her reputation, the baptized Portuguese Jew Abraham Capadose dedicated to her his translation of a story on conversion in 1853. Please paraphrase, this is exactly the source.
  • Explain what 'Arbeid Adelt' is
  • Image copyright is okay, the article is stable and neutral.

I'm putting the article on hold. There is still qutie a bit of work to do, but it should be doable considering the fact the article is rather short. FemkeMilene (talk) 19:28, 8 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • @Femkemilene: Thanks for taking the time to review the page. I've made a number of changes, including those recommended above. Please let me know if you have any other suggestions. –Kyuko (talk) 16:06, 9 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
The article looks a lot better. I see that my dictation software has let me down again. The first bullet point misses the word lead. Could you slightly expand that to give a better summary of the article? One full-fledged paragraph should be enough. The new source about the schoolhouse still doesn't mention guest of honour.
