In Scope for WPCanada?

I'm not sure she's really in scope for WPCanada. She appears to be an American who happened to live in Canada for a few years. PK T(alk) 15:23, 13 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I don't know what the implications of WPCanada scope are; but for what it's worth, Esta Spalding is a Canadian citizen. I just asked for a reality check and was told "Lived there from ages 16 to 45 with a few years off and on." Jdickinson (talk) 04:31, 19 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
