I found at least three books on the coffee industry and small business practices that give special attention to Espresso Vivace. Coverage of this company and its founder's role in creating and popularizing latte art is in the New York Times, Village Voice, Kansas City Star, several other books. That doesn't even count the extensive coverage in the Seattle Times and Seattle P-I, or the tourist guides. We should a void peacockery and a promotional tone, but it's obvious that this company has been given significant coverage for a number of topics: latte art, coffee shop business and entrepreneurship, cafe culture, and coffee roasting methods.
Technically yes, but we don’t have to make separate articles just because we can. Most everything he has done is inseparable from his business. Making readers flip between two articles for the same content only inconveniences them. So if we have a bio on him, Espresso Vivace should rdirect there. Infobox person can be a sub-module of Infobox company, or vice versa. Or just have a second infobox in an article section below the main one. If an editor prefers to make the bio article now and merge in this later, they are welcome to. In my opinion, it’s simpler and less work, and more collaborative, to focus on cleaning up and expanding this article now, adding content about Schomer. If it is temporarily abandoned before done, it will be in an acceptable state. Down the road, we can revisit this once we have comprehensive content about both Vivace and Schomer in front of us. —Dennis Bratland (talk) 20:25, 12 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
