I am unsure as to the thruthfulness of this article as there are no sources/references, and so i have to put it up for deletion and add the hoax banner.

I am not sure what you doubt. The recent ICANN meeting (www.icann.org) in Mexico City was held at the Sheraton Centro Historico. The main restaurant in that hotel is "El Cardenal" and I had the escamoles, ant eggs, as an appetizer dish. I'd imagine you could call the hotel ((52)(55) 5130 530) ask for someone who speaks english in El Cardenal restaurant as you have a question about the menu, and grill them as to whether some of that menu comes from ants.
Typing "escamoles" into google seems to provide lots of corroboration. Maybe I misunderstand what it is you doubt.
Also, I notice the word "References" on the page is spelled "Rederences" for some reason I assume a typo. I'm not comfortable with editing these pages yet. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Bshein (talk • contribs) 23:37, 10 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
