[edit]Changed Category Rudin, Ernst as it is not a person category.
Deleted categories Rudin, Ernst and Rudin, Ernst as he is already in the respective subcategories Rudin, Ernst and Rudin, Ernst --Irmgard 19:00, 26 Jun 2005 (UTC)
Some additional information
[edit]- [1] "Rudin was president of the International Federation of Eugenic Organizations and world leader of the eugenics movement which sought to remove “inferior” individuals from society by segregation, sterilization, or death in order to create a “better” race."
I've inserted it into the article.

Minor edits
[edit]Changed sentence about his connections to the Nazis being "the *main* reason" for postwar critiques of psychiatric genocide to "one of the major reasons"...I imagine that there was widespread opposition to state killing in Germany after 1945, beyond the activities of a single "scientist". Historian932 (talk) 00:22, 5 February 2009 (UTC)
Manpower?
[edit]I'd also be curious how the Nazis supported him with "manpower"...what exactly does this mean? Historian932 (talk) 00:22, 5 February 2009 (UTC)
Getting to in-line citations
[edit]So the article's been tagged for about 8 years (!) for needing extra citations - I'm trying to move the ones listed in References (as opposed to the in-line ones that appear in 'Footnotes') in-line, but can anyone help as I can't access the full-text of all of them to see what exactly they're meant to be supporting. Rudin's daughter
[edit]Is this her? (any german speaker who could do a quick transcript?) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JGp2QLBs-HU Wishfulness (talk) 15:12, 11 February 2015 (UTC)
"Nazi"
[edit]The term "Nazi" is not encyclopedic. But perhaps you could show us his membership number in the NSDAP with proof. --154.69.51.185 (talk) 13:13, 17 January 2016 (UTC)
- Of course it's encyclopaedic - are there any encyclopaedias that don't use it? And it's sourced and there are other sources easily found. Doug Weller talk 17:21, 17 January 2016 (UTC)
I agree. The term "National Socialist" would be much more professional. Historical members of the SPD aren't referred to as "Sozi" on English Wikipedia, for example. 2601:8C:4102:1210:1159:4AF9:E69B:1A23 (talk) 05:17, 3 October 2017 (UTC)
