When I started writing this article in 2007, I cast around the web for information, and found very little - just about enough for a short stub. I did find an old post on a discussion forum from her daughter, Dale Comminey, and emailed her asking for more details. Several (OK, many!) months later, I got a reply, saying that she held extensive archives of her mother's career. As a result, I contacted Cilla Huggins at Juke Blues magazine, who in turn contacted John Broven, who in turn contacted Dale Comminey. And, as a result, an extensive profile of Erline Harris' life and career duly appeared in the magazine in 2010. Result!! Ghmyrtle (talk) 15:33, 1 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
